Many of our beds and mattresses are made to order, please get in touch if you require confirmation of this, as it may slightly increase the lead time.
We may be able to offer custom size furniture and mattresses, so if you need your bed longer or wider, your mattress softer or firmer, etc., let us know – we love to work creatively with our customers.
Unfortunately we no longer bespoke paint any furniture to order in plain or shabby chic style.
We offer free delivery via an independent furniture courier in England and Wales. The courier company will contact you after purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date and provide you with a 4 hour window. For Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and Ireland please get in touch for a quote as our delivery rates for these areas vary. We do not deliver overseas. Items are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, but on occasion may take longer (up to 10-12 weeks if your item is bespoke/custom made, stock levels, etc.). Please get in touch before purchase if you require your item to be delivered by a certain date. All beds and wardrobes are delivered dismantled and to doorstep. If you require delivery to room of choice or upstairs, this can be arranged directly with the courier.
